1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a canvas product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product. We will require clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will provide you with a replacement canvas that will be different than the purchased one since each of our canvases is unique, or a refund at our discretion.
2. Shipping Errors: In the event of a shipping error on our part, such as sending you the wrong canvas or delivering it to the wrong address, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will either send you the correct canvas or issue a refund as deemed appropriate.
3. Cancellation of Orders: You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours from the time of purchase, as long as the canvas has not yet entered production or been shipped. Cancellation requests received after this timeframe will not be accepted, and the purchase will be considered final.
4. Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned above, we will process the refund within 7 days after approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Exceptions: Please note that, except for the conditions stated above, all other purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or any other reasons not explicitly mentioned in this policy.
